Inspections can be scheduled in the morning or afternoon on Monday through Saturday. Other times are available by special arrangement. The inspection can usually be done within two or three days of your call. It normally takes three to four hours to inspect a home depending on the size and age. Larger and older homes may take longer. Inspections conform to the American Society of Home Inspectors' (ASHI) "Standards of Practice" & "Code of Ethics."
A written report will be generated and will be emailed in one to two days. A hard copy of the report will also be sent in the mail.
